TravelAuth.help is a private assistance service owned and operated by Hichour Group, Inc. It helps travelers complete travel authorization applications (starting with ESTA USA) by providing form guidance, document verification, and customer support.

TravelAuth.help is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate, and does not issue or approve any official authorization.

2. Zahlungen

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) or euros (EUR) and include applicable service fees. Government fees, if applicable, are not included in our price and are paid directly to the issuing authority.

3. Pflichten der Nutzer

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. TravelAuth.help is not liable for errors or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading data.

4. Elektronische Kommunikation

By purchasing a service, you agree to receive all communications electronically, including confirmations, updates, and support correspondence.

5. Haftungsbeschränkung

We are not liable for decisions made by government entities regarding your travel authorization. Our role is limited to assistance and support.

6. Anwendbares Recht und Streitbeilegung

These Terms shall be governed by Delaware law. Any dispute will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Delaware under the American Arbitration Association's rules.
